Hey, I’m Sarah. I’m really glad you’re here.

There are few places in life where we can slow down, show up fully, and feel safe while doing so. And let’s be real - therapy can stir up all kinds of feelings. But having experienced firsthand the transformative healing therapy can bring, I chose to become a psychotherapist to provide that same support for others. 

I am especially passionate about supporting young to middle-aged adults navigating the complexities of sex, sexuality, and intimate relationships. Whether you’re exploring your sexual identity, recovering from sexual harm, or navigating the dynamics of relationships (monogamous, polyamorous, open, or otherwise), I am committed to fostering a space where you can heal and thrive. I am also deeply interested in supporting people living with anxiety, depression, grief, OCD, and trauma.

My work is rooted in liberation and inclusivity, inviting the many expressions of intimacy, identity, communication, and attachment. I approach this work with a trauma-informed, sex-positive, and relational lens. This means honoring your unique lived experience, inviting open and shame-free explorations, and centering our work in trust, safety, and meaningful connection. 

I see therapy as a collaborative practice we build together, meeting you where you are while gently creating room for the growth you are seeking. I am not here to fix you, but to walk alongside you, tending to what’s been set aside and meeting what arises with compassion and curiosity. Looking forward to meeting all of you.
