Perez Therapy was founded on the principle of providing quality psychotherapy services for people who want to get ahead in life, finally meet their long-term goals, find healing from past traumas and challenges, and gain insight into themselves to lead to a happier and more fulfilling life. 

 

We love doing our work and we love helping people succeed.  Our therapists have chosen the career of being a therapist because of our own life stories and the impact that therapists have had on our own lives.  We do this work because we have a passion for it and this drives our desire to work hard for our clients and continuously learn and cultivate our skills.

Our therapists have their own unique styles, but our work is rooted in evidenced-based approaches that work.  We don't waste people's time discussing problems with no results.  Our approach prioritizes finding solutions together in a collaborative way.  Sometimes our clients want advice and other times they just need to find a path that works best for them. Either way, we are there to help. You are at the helm here, and we help you hold yourself accountable for the goals you want to achieve.

As leader of the practice, Felix brings 15 years of experience in providing therapy to adults, teens and children.  He invests in the professional growth of each therapist at Perez Therapy and meets with them regularly to support them in providing quality psychotherapy to our clients.
