Felix is a licensed psychotherapist, the CEO and owner of Perez Therapy, LLC, a specialty group psychotherapy practice based in Philadelphia. With 20 years of experience, he has held clinical, management, and executive roles within the nonprofit behavioral health sector.
As a clinician, Felix provides individual therapy, couples counseling, clinical supervision for therapists, and professional consultation services. A Philadelphia native, he earned his Master’s degree at the University of Pennsylvania and completed advanced post-graduate clinical training at Temple University.
Since becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania in 2013, Felix has dedicated his career to serving the community. He has worked in various leadership positions in mental health and addiction services at prominent behavioral health agencies throughout Philadelphia.

As an art therapist and psychotherapist, I am committed to creating a safe and empowering space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I am passionate about using both creative and therapeutic techniques to help you navigate life’s challenges and discover your inner strengths. My approach is grounded in humanistic, solution-focused, dialectical, and person-centered principles. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a cornerstone of the healing process, and I strive to create a creative, judgment-free, and empathetic space where clients feel supported and empowered. As a queer person, my work is rooted in a trauma-informed, social-justice-oriented framework, and I am passionate about advocating for marginalized groups, particularly within the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe that when differences are celebrated, rather than shamed, it fosters connection and validation, allowing individuals to feel seen and understood.
Jordan Delaune
Office Manager
Jordan Delaune is the Office Manager at Perez Therapy LLC and brings a unique perspective to the practice with a degree in Mathematics and a Masters of Science degree in Education and Social Justice. She previously worked as an educator and is now excited to be in a role that emphasizes her passion for social justice. She works on the marketing, Medicaid billing, and intake teams while also managing the office spaces. She is committed to making a meaningful impact to the practice through her work.
Eileen Rodriguez
Quality Assurance Manager/
Compliance Officer
Eileen is the Quality Assurance Manager and Compliance Officer at Perez Therapy LLC, and brings over 20 years of experience in behavioral health quality assurance and compliance. Eileen works on the intake and marketing teams, and is the company's primary contact to report any concerns of fraud, waste, abuse, privacy, compliance, confidentiality and medical records.
