Making the choice to engage in a therapeutic relationship is an act of self-love and

kindness. Taking the leap to reach out to begin the healing process is something I do

not take lightly. Healing isn’t linear, it’s a process that ebbs and flows like a river. Just

like your favorite song playing on the radio, I am here to accompany, guide, and support

you along the way. When you start therapy with me, you will always be in the driver's seat, you

set the cadence, the tone, the speed, and you tell me when we should stop or yield. My

role is to go at the pace that feels most aligned with your healing process.

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Widener University in 2023. During graduate

school, I completed a clinical internship at Friends Central Lower Elementary School, working with children between the ages of 4 through 11 to provide them support with a variety of issues related to school and home life. I also completed an internship with the University of Pennsylvania’s Counseling center where I worked with individuals navigating depression, trauma, anxiety, and other complicated life transitions.

First and foremost, I am a consent-based relational therapist. I will seek permission and

guidance from you before broaching any subject, as your foot is always the one on the gas

pedal and brake. I utilize strength-based techniques that lend themselves to these pillars, including Internal Family Services (IFS) and Narrative Therapy.

I am committed to being trauma-informed, holding my social justice values, and being

affirming and welcoming to all by recognizing the complex nature of intersections of

identities.

If my bio speaks to you, I hope to connect with you soon.
