Starting therapy is a brave step, even if you’re not exactly sure what comes next. You may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or just stuck. You might know that something isn’t working, but putting it into words or figuring out where to begin can be hard. That’s where I come in. My role is to help you untangle what’s going on, explore what’s keeping you from feeling like yourself, and support you as you move toward meaningful, lasting change at your pace, and on your terms.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Widener University in 2020. During graduate school, I completed a clinical internship at The Wedge Medical Center, where I worked closely with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and other complex life challenges. I continued there after graduation, providing therapy using a variety of evidence-based approaches including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and strength-based techniques.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, adults, and families from many different backgrounds. A large part of my work has focused on supporting children and families facing stress, instability, or emotional challenges, by helping them build stronger relationships, develop coping skills, and feel more connected to themselves and others. I also support individuals navigating transitions, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and feeling "stuck" in patterns that no longer serve them.
As a therapist, I believe in meeting people where they are. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as your full self without pressure to have it all figured out. I believe therapy is a collaborative process and I work alongside my clients to help them recognize their strengths, gain insight, and move toward the kind of life and relationships they truly want.
If you’re feeling ready to explore therapy, or even just curious about whether therapy might help, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
